How to sign up for Firaman

You can apply for Firaman right away by following these steps:

Use through the application.

Go to the Firaman application.

Choose a login method, which will have 4 options:

Log in using Phone Number.

Log in through Gmail.

Log in via Facebook.

Log in with Apple ID.

How to sign in

If you are already a member, you can log in through any of the following 4 channels:

Login via Phone Number

Log in via Gmail

Login via Facebook

Sign in with Apple ID

How can I edit my profile?

You can edit your profile by clicking > More > My FIRA > My Profile.

You can edit the list as follows

1. In case of changing the profile picture

  • Upload a photo. Click on the camera icon or click on the image to upload a profile picture.
  • Image files must be no larger than 50 mb.

If I forget my PIN or want to change the existing PIN, what should I do?

Forgot PIN / Change PIN

1. You can go to More menu and scroll down to find the Change PIN settings.

2. Press the Forgot PIN? button.

3. The system will send an OTP to verify the phone number you registered. Once completed, press the Confirm button.

4. Create a new 6-digit PIN.

5. Confirm the new 6-digit PIN again.

6. The system has successfully generated a new PIN.

How can I receive an OTP?

The system will send an OTP to the registered phone number. The user must enter that OTP within the specified time to confirm the transaction.

What should I do if I don't receive the OTP?
  • Verify that the OTP receiving phone number is correct.
  • Check the phone signal or internet connection.
  • If you have not received the OTP, you can request a new code or contact the customer service of the system you are using.

What should I do if the OTP has expired?

If the OTP expires, you will need to request a new OTP code from the system to proceed.
