Draft Delivery means, from the service provider's perspective, a system for sending draft work through a chat channel. This allows Firaman to send assigned tasks to the client, and the client can also check the draft work information through the chat between the client and Firaman directly.
This refers to the work that the service provider has submitted as the final step, which must be reviewed and corrected to be accurate and complete in every aspect before delivering it to the client.
The customer must thoroughly check the completion of the work received through the Order before clicking Approve. Once the customer has verified everything is in order and has clicked Approve, you will receive a notification that the delivery has been completed through the tracking system on the Order page.
After the work has been approved, the service user will rate the service from 1 to 5 stars and write a review to share their thoughts on the work received.
