The Tier System is a membership classification system used by Firaman, based on the average sales generated by members through their orders.

The Tier System consists of 4 levels:

• Member
• Professional
• Specialist
• Expert

Firaman's Tier System classifies members based on their average sales through orders. The details are as follows:

• Member:
  • Sales Criteria: ฿0 - ฿9,999.99
  • Entry-level membership for general users.
• Professional:
  • Sales Criteria: ฿10,000 - ฿39,999.99
  • Suitable for members with steady sales and professionalism.
• Specialist:
  • Sales Criteria: ฿40,000 - ฿99,999.99
  • For those achieving higher sales, reflecting expertise in their field.
• Expert:
  • Sales Criteria: ฿100,000 or more
  • The highest level, representing mastery and exceptional sales performance.

Tier upgrades are based on the following conditions:

• Approved Orders Only:
  • Only orders that have been approved will be included.
  • Orders that are still in progress or pending approval are excluded.
• 6-Month Accumulation Period:
  • Sales accumulation is calculated retrospectively over a 6-month period, including the current date.
  • Accumulation starts from the date the customer approves the first order. The system will automatically update the accumulated sales every time a new order is approved.
• Automated Tier Review and Adjustment:
  • Every 6 months, the system will review accumulated sales and adjust the member’s Tier based on their sales performance.

Accumulated sales are calculated based on the following criteria:

1. Package Prices Set by Firaman:
   • The full package price set by Firaman is used directly, without deductions for fees or other charges.
   • For example, if Package A is priced at ฿5,000 → Accumulated sales = ฿5,000.
2. Approved Orders Only:
   • Only orders that have been approved and confirmed will be counted.

If accumulated sales in the past 6 months do not meet the criteria for the current Tier:

• The system will automatically downgrade the member’s Tier.
• The downgrade will be based on the member’s accumulated sales over the past 6 months, and the member will be reassigned to the Tier that matches their accumulated sales at that time.

Firaman offers reduced service fees based on Tier levels:
As your accumulated service usage increases, you’ll receive the following benefits with reduced service fees:

Member:

• For accumulated usage between ฿0 - ฿9,999.99, the service fee is 15%.

Professional:

• For accumulated usage between ฿10,000 - ฿39,999.99, the service fee is 14%.

Specialist:

• For accumulated usage between ฿40,000 - ฿99,999.99, the service fee is 12%.

Expert:

• For accumulated usage of ฿100,000 or more, the service fee is 10%
