How to sign up for Firaworld

You can apply for Firaworld right away by following these steps:

Use through the application.

Go to the Firaworld application.

Choose a login method, which will have 4 options:

Log in using Phone Number.

Log in through Gmail.

Log in via Facebook.

Log in with Apple ID.

How to sign in

If you are already a member, you can log in through all four channels, which are:

Log in using Phone Number.

Log in through Gmail.

Log in via Facebook.

Log in with Apple ID.

How can I edit my profile?

You can edit your entire profile by clicking > More > My FIRA > My Profile.

You can make the following modifications to the list:

1.Fill in the details: Full name.

2.Please fill in the details, surname.

3.Please fill in the details, including your phone number.

4.Please fill in the email details.

5.Connect other accounts, including Facebook, Google, Apple ID.

In the case of changing the profile picture.
  • You can upload a picture by clicking on the camera icon or clicking on the image to upload your profile picture.
  • The image file must not exceed 50 MB.

Click "Update" to confirm the changes to the information.

If I forget my PIN or want to change the existing PIN, what should I do?

Forgot PIN / Change PIN

1. You can go to ‘More’ menu and scroll down to find the Change PIN settings.

2. Press the Forgot PIN? button.

3. The system will send an OTP for verification to the phone number that was previously registered. Once completed, press the Confirm button.

4. Create a new 6-digit PIN.

5. Please confirm the new 6-digit PIN again.

6. The system has successfully generated a new PIN.

How can I receive an OTP?

The system will send an OTP to the registered phone number. The user must enter that OTP within the specified time to confirm the transaction.

What should I do if I don't receive the OTP?
  • Verify that the OTP receiving phone number is correct.
  • Check the phone signal or internet connection.
  • If you have not received the OTP, you can request a new code or contact the customer service of the system you are using.

What should I do if the OTP has expired?

If the OTP expires, you will need to request a new OTP code from the system to proceed.
