Draft Delivery means, from the customer's side, a system for sending draft work through a chat channel. Customers can check the draft work information via the chat between the customer and Firaman.
This refers to the work that the client has ordered, which is the final step that needs to be reviewed and corrected to ensure it is accurate and complete in every aspect before being delivered to the employer.
The customer must thoroughly check the completion of the work received through the Order before clicking Approve. Once the customer has verified that everything is in order, they can click Approve immediately, and you will receive a notification that the delivery is complete through the tracking system on the Order page.
After approving the work, we have a feature that allows you to rate the service from 1 to 5 stars and write a review. Providing both a rating and a review will greatly benefit other users.
Writing reviews helps service providers understand the quality of their work and allows other customers to make informed decisions based on your feedback. Additionally, reviews contribute to the improvement of service quality in the future.
When can I write a review?
You can write a review after you have received the work and clicked Approve. The system will take you to the next page to write your review immediately after the order is completed.
