You can access the Q&A system through the "Help" or "Frequently Asked Questions" (FAQ) page on the application website. You can search for questions related to your issues or inquiries in the designated categories.
You can contact support via Facebook Messenger by sending your questions or issues to the support team in the application.
The method for submitting feedback is as follows.
Go to the More page > Help Center > Share feedback.
Press the button that contains the content related to the feedback you want to submit.
Click the "Share an Idea" or "Report a bug" button.

2. Please fill out the form along with the details of your suggestions.
3. Attach file. You can add images to the report or provide additional suggestions.
4. Press the "send" button to submit your report.
